On the dayCall every take ("Rolling on take N"), start the master after Kiro's clap, play nylon and electric in the arc. Keep golden hour moving.
WrapConfirm the offload and verify, and that the Phone 1 reference and settings card are updated so Day 2 matches.
Malak Four tripod cameras
SetupLock Phone 1 (iPhone 16 Pro Max) as the hero wide on its marks. Set Phone 2 (iPhone 13), Cam 3 (iPad), and Phone 4 (iPhone 15) as mediums. Match all four to the settings card.
On the dayRun the four locked tripods, reposition the mediums per take, keep the coverage grid, and make the single 6:15 white balance change. On Take 5 hand Phone 1 to Kiro and re-aim Phone 4 to hold the wide.
WrapOffload and verify all four cameras. Keep the phones full until a second copy of the Phone 1 wides exists.
Kiro The clap · the roaming take
SetupConfirm every camera is recording audio (no mics on the day), set the speaker playback.
On the dayCall the clap on every take (hands high, say the take number, one sharp clap). On Take 5, the golden hour roaming take, take the Pro Max handheld for hands, texture, and native vertical.

George Drone · golden hour only
SetupUnpack and prep the drone, charge check the three batteries, run the pre flight and a wind and GPS test before golden hour.
On the dayFly the three shots on Takes 4 to 6 (reveal, orbit, top down), matched white balance to the phones. You own the wind call; if gusting, it stays down.
